Blue Hills Ski Area
Within 12 miles of Downtown Boston, Blue Hills Ski Area provides a great family-fun environment for all ages for both skiing and snowboarding! Complete with a PSIA learning center, which includes accredited children's programs ages 4 and up, plus private and group lessons. There is one double chair lift, two magic carpets and one rope tow service, and eight rails with over 80% of trails lit for night skiing. Recent upgrades made to our facility include snowmaking capacity.

Carousel Rides on the Greenway
The Rose F. Kennedy Greenway Conservancy invites you and your family to come take a spin on a classic carousel. Children will love the colorful carousel horses, the open park lawns, and the proximity to the harbor. The Greenway carousel is open daily, beginning in June and running through late October.
